Back again I want to tell about a science about the art of making mistakes, what is it ?. For more jelly let's take a look at a story about John and Mike.
Mike is an academic who believes that mistakes make him labeled a fool at a school institution. Mike believes that perfection in doing things keeps him safe and comfortable in his workplace. From the time he attended school until now he worked Mike to be the one who always avoided mistakes.
Unlike John, John is always open minded, he thinks that a mistake is mandatory and he must pass if he wants to get a dream or success he wants. Because of the mistakes John believes that he will learn more, and certainly his experience also increases with him learn from the mistake. And John has always forgiven him when he made mistakes.
From the two stories above which do you want ?.
Actually mistake is a mandatory thing even wherever you are, wherever you work, school, community and wherever it is. But some people hate and even avoid mistakes, like Mike's story above. Whether it is bad, it can be yes, can not because humans have different properties.
Then if so which should I choose?
All right and all good, depending on the way you look at it, but I as a developing human being, of course I want to choose to be like John, why ?. Because John has a wide view or mind, he is willing to accept mistakes and even forgive the mistake or the mistakes he made. Unlike if you meet with maybe your co-worker, or co-worker at a company, surely you will see people like Mike and people like John.
A person like Mike when he makes a mistake in the office, maybe he's going to blame others with or blame others, or he might pretend not to know and hide when he makes mistakes and there's still so much that the mistake does not happen to him. In reality you will meet people like Mike. Someone who sometimes throws an error at you to get you fired from the company, or someone who is silent when he or she makes a mistake, or even does not care about the mistake.
Mistakes have ancient art in a good corporate culture. If you've seen a senior who taught you the first time you went in a company and made a mistake, look at your senior, what he'll do when you make a mistake, and what you do when you know how to make a mistake. Then surely you will understand that there are many people who view mistakes as learning and some people view mistakes as a very valuable learning experience from them.
If you look at people like John, then you will see Thomas Alfa Edison (inventor of the electric light bulb) who knows how many times he made mistakes, how many times he failed in his experiment until he finally became successful by establishing GE (General Electric Company ) which until now has been used by everybody in the world, if Thomas Alpha Edison had been a person like Mike, a man who was afraid and avoided mistakes, it must be a dark octopus now.
So I believe that mistake is an art for those who want to see it as an experience, learning, until finally he finds a glimpse of success in the piles of mistakes he made, such as Thomas Alfa Edison, Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein and many again. And I believe everyone must be someone who has gone through hell of error and learned from it.
